The by-line on Lucy Mathieson’s website, Play Bake Smile, is “You only live once, lick the spoon” and that was the energy that she brought to the March 2019 SBWN dinner event at The Grove Gippsland vineyard and restaurant.

Lucy Mathieson began her blog while a stay-at-home mother. Initially she worked from 4am-7am, then during school hours. Key was that she set aside time every day to work on it.

Lucy monetises her blog with 4 methods, and most blogs can use the same four.

She also answered the question “How do you make money when you give away your recipes for free?”

If you’re a member of the SBWN jump over to the member resources to review Lucy’s presentation or link over to to connect with Lucy or simply enjoy her recipes and connection with her audience.
