Join the Southern Business Women’s Network for an inspiring panel discussion with Cara Schultz, Kaye Rodden OAM and Mohya Davies, three South Gippsland women who helped establish the Prom Coast News. In just two years, this community-funded and volunteer-led fortnightly newspaper has become a trusted source of local news, regional stories, profiles, sport and event coverage.

Cara, Kaye and Mohya will share how determination, persistence and strong community support helped turn an ambitious idea into a much-loved local publication. They will also explore the important role hyper-local journalism plays in keeping regional communities informed, connected and represented.

Held at the Austral Hotel in Korumburra, the evening will include a delicious dinner featuring a choice of eye fillet steak or chicken scallopini, followed byan alternate drop of New York baked cheesecake or mini pavlova.
