THE CHANGING FACE
OF WOMEN'S FITNESS

Discover why women's fitness is about balance, strength, flexibility and cardio efficiency and little if nothing to do with weight.

Terry Guilford is a 69 year old fitness instructor, and grandmother who teaches 10 classes a week at gyms and pools, and is fitter than she has ever been.

Join us for an inspiring talk about long term fitness and ways to achieve it, where Terry covers topics like:

1. Your why - Why do you want to be fit? What are your core values? Where do you feel useful in your life? What do you want to be able to do consistently into your 90's?

2. What is fitness and what value does fitness serve?

3. How can we maintain our balance, improve our flexibility, strength and cardio-pulmonary functioning well into old age?  Is it ever too late/too early to start?

4. How do you start? What is too little and what is too much? How not to be obsessive about it, or to procrastinate. What are the myths about diet and exercise?
