Kicking the year off with Culture

January Guest Speaker - Tristan White

In 2004 Tristan started a physio business. So did many other people.  Yet Tristan did it differently and has been rewarded with remarkable results.  Not only does he serve a specific type of customer well, he serves his staff well.

His business has grown from a one-man operation to more than a 100-person team that now visit hundreds of thousands of seniors in aged care homes, retirement villages and private homes in 5 States of Australia.

From 2009 to 2015 The Physio Co featured in BRW’s list of Australia’s 50 Best Places to Work, achieving the top spot in 2014.

Tristan is "super-passionate" about sharing what he has learned to help others grow themselves and their businesses. He writes a blog, Culture is Everything, which was listed as as one of Australia’s 20 Best Business Blogs in 2011, 2013 & 2014.

Come along and let Tristan inspire you to build a strong culture and at the very least, be happier at work.
